Jack and Mr. Bear

You would think that all I do is sit around and take pictures of Jack all day. Not entirely true, but close. I figure while he's still immobile, now's the time to do it!

As you can tell, he's a bit more bright eyed today.

Jack is a sicky...

The poor little guy has had a fever for two days now.

Daddy has been giving him extra cuddles (he's a sucker when it comes to sickies...)

Poor Jack

Mom got a new camera for Christmas! All I have done today is sit in front of him and snap away.

Merry Christmas...

I'm waiting to get some pictures off my dad's camera, but here are some that I got of Jack and the family over the holiday...

Dear Santa

This year, I would like lots and lots of sleep at night. Oh no wait, that's what Mommy and Daddy are asking for...

6 months old

Can you believe that this is the same baby?! I think his looks say it all. While he was super alert (especially considering the c-section) for those first few days, each photo we have is one of complete confusion. That poor little guy had no idea what was going on in this crazy world. Now, 6 months later, this is Jack's world and he's loving every minute of it!

So much to catch up on!!!

Well, a ton has happened since Jack started to roll over (my last post). He turned 6 months old (or "6 moes" as Jon says). He has gotten his first Christmas tree and tried solid food- I use the word solid very loosely.
Jack loves to sit up on his own. I'll be recording that soon enough to post. In the mean time, here are some shots of him eating, Christmas tree hunting and enjoying being a baby! By the way- Jack is waaaay taller than 1 1/2 feet. He's already 25 inches!

Jack was enjoying homemade sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving. Yum.

Here's the fam going out to hunt for the perfect tree.

Jack and Mom watched while Dad cut it down. Aunt MK held the tree.

The best part- when you're done cutting down your tree, you get to go roast marshmallows!

Again- Jack is SO much taller than 1 1/2 feet.
